1. Services Provided

Kydelle Invites specializes in designing and coding custom website invitations (e-invites), particularly for debuts and other special events. Our deliverables are digital links and web pages; no physical invitations are provided.

2. Packages and Payment Terms

To begin the design and development process, a strict downpayment is required. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the final turnover of the live website link.

• Essential Package (₱399): 50% Downpayment (₱199.50) / 50% Final (₱199.50)
• Signature Package (₱699): 60% Downpayment (₱419.40) / 40% Final (₱279.60)
• Luxury Package (₱1,299): 60% Downpayment (₱779.40) / 40% Final (₱519.60)

Payments cover necessary development costs including domains, hosting, and premium design assets.

3. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Standard Hosting: Website invitations are maintained and hosted based on your package (Essential: 1 Month, Signature: 2 Months, Luxury: 3 Months) from the agreed-upon launch date.

Extensions: If you wish to keep the website live beyond the included duration, an extension fee of ₱30 per additional month will apply.

4. Add-Ons and Customizations

Any requests outside the standard scope of your chosen package will incur extra charges (e.g., Rush Fees, Custom Designs, RSVP features). See the Packages section for detailed pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities and Revisions

Information Accuracy: The client must provide all correct event details (names, dates, venues, schedules). We will input the text exactly as provided.

Proofing: You will be given a chance to review the website before it goes live. Once the final balance is paid and the site is officially published, any major structural or design changes may incur an additional editing fee.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Non-Refundable: Because work begins immediately to secure domains, hosting, and design drafts, all initial downpayments are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client after development has started, Kydelle Invites retains the downpayment to cover labor and setup costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, layouts, and design elements created by Kydelle Invites remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to feature screenshots or blurred versions of the website invitations on our social media platforms for portfolio and marketing purposes.
